To login to your cloud video platform, you will need to use the custom URL provided to you from the initial Welcome Email. If you have not received this, then please contact sales.
Once you open the link, you will need to login using the details provided to you in the Welcome email also.
If you are uncertain of your password, then you should use the Forgot your password? link on the login screen.
